Our mission focuses on preventing, controlling, and rehabilitating individuals with special need, mental illness, and substance abuse. We provide welfare services for those with psychosocial illnesses and substance abuse through awareness and counselling. Our vision is to ensure everyone receives the care and support needed for a fulfilling life.

NEW LIFE (IRCA) IMPHAL WEST DISTRICT
New Life, IRCA, as the first and pioneer Drug rehabilitation centre in Manipur has been working successfully since 1980 and from the year 2000 under the sponsorship of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, New Delhi.

ODIC (Outreach Drop In Centre)
The Outreach Drop In Centre is the latest project of our organization which started in 2019 and has been a boon for the Drug and Substance abused community.

Ch. Ibohal Institute for Special Children (School)
Ch. Ibohal Institute (School) for Special Children is a Non-Profit Secular Organization. Fully equipped with the School Session, providing special Education. It was started in 1981 and has been working successfully since then.

Existence Half Way Home for Controlled & Treated Mentally Ill Persons
EXISTENCE halfway home for psychosocial rehabilitation of treated and controlled mentally ill person has been set up under Centre for Mental Hygiene (CMH).
